RE: Any thoughts on AC power cord replacement for a DD table?

Good call. All I did was cut off the component-end of a decent quality 2-conductor generic power cord and connected the bare wires to the power supply. As others have said; the existing cord is getting stiff and cracked, so why take the risk?
