What sort of air conditioner do you have? Mine is controlled by a thermostat and stays on continuously. I set my thermostat to 24ºC/75ºF and it maintains that temperature. Is there some reason you can't maintain a normal temperature in your flat? If not, you might want to consider buying a new air conditioning system that is controlled by a thermostat so it can run even when you're not at home.
Another thing you might want to do is pack your records tightly so they can't warp. I once had my records stored in a non-air conditioned attic that got very hot in the summer and my records didn't warp. Maybe a fan would help, too.
