I was pleasantly surprised by the new pressing. The sonic presentation is pretty close to the MoFi UHQR sonics. It doesn't have the same depth and weight in the low end, compared to the UHQR, but that's asking a lot.
The pressing is also very quiet which was a nice surprise. If you do not have a good copy of Sgt Peppers and want one that delivers on all fronts, this pressing is a no hesitation recommendation.
Its a very good choice if your Peppers pressings are somewhat noisy and worn out. This one restores the original sound and you will enjoy this LP once again, as if it were first released.
It is very, very well done.
