I have a stock SL1210-M5G that I'd been running with a Denon DL110. I wanted an upgrade- just because, and found a deal on an Ortofon LH-4000 Headshell, and a Hana EH cartridge. The difference was like night and day- the Hana just playing so much sweeter and effortlessly, and a bit less on noise. It was THAT GOOD!!! This is being played back through my Yamaha RX-A1030 Receiver.

Two weeks after that I pulled the trigger on a 1 yr old Scout 1.1 with Ortofon 2M Black locally- at a price I could not pass up. Owner just recently upgrade to Prime. It plays well and all that, BUT I really wanna hook up my Technics with the Hana again and spin!!! Yes- I think it sounds that much better than my Scout!
