target arm/cartridge resonance when playing 78s?

A friend is looking at the Audio-Technica AT-MONO3/SP phono cartridge for his SL-1200GAE with a tonearm mass of 12g.

The compliance of the AT-MONO3/SP is stated as 3.5 at 100Hz.

Assuming it's 6.3 at 10Hz, how heavy does the arm need to be?

I don't think there is much signal below 40Hz on a 78 so wouldn't one want the arm/cartridge resonance to be higher (staying further away from the warp tones) when the set up is for 78s vs LPs?

Thanks.

Tre'
