The Japanese always specify compliance at 100-Hz so the compliance of the Hana EL cartridge is probably specified at 100-Hz. The article referenced by BCR stated the Hana EL had an arm/cartridge resonance of 9.5-Hz in the SME M2-9 tonearm, which has 9.5-grams effective mass. If you add 1-gram for mounting hardware to the 5-gram weight of the Hana EL, this indicates a compliance at resonance of about 18 x 10-6 cm/dyne. This equates to an arm/cartridge resonance frequency of about 8.8-Hz in your Technics tonearm.
This should be okay!
Good luck,
John Elison
