I didn't know about them during their heyday. It was through flea markets, house sales and their imaginative LP covers that I discovered them. I didn't begin listening to "underground radio" until towards the end but don't recall ever hearing them. Maybe if I had been on the west coast? They are also one of the few bands to ever cover Frank Zappa (Help I'm A Rock) so what more could one ask?
