I can report that the 370 is a very good arm stock and with a few mods an excellent arm. I've changed out the head shell and counterweight and added further damping to the arm tube. It easily allows you to hear difference in cartridge and pre-amps and very accommodating to a wide variety of cartridges.I do think that the Jelco 370 stock is a maybe a touch better but modded the Jelco is heads above the stock Rega.
I also like Rega arms, too, and feel that either the Michell Tecnoarm or Audiomods arms are fantastic. I have had both and currently run an Audiomods.
Honestly, My modded 370 is maybe just as good sounding as my Audiomods.
I've never owned or heard a 750 but it is suppose to have higher grade bears but the bears in the 370 are not an issue, IMO. I also like that the 370 arm is 9.5"
