My advice to you would be to stay away from the entry level Rega 'tables. Anything from the Planar 3 and up would be the way to go if you're going with a Rega.
Pro-Ject makes an excellent 'table and if you're staying with entry-level I think that Pro-Ject would be the choice, not that there's anything at all wrong with Pro-Ject's higher level offerings.
Some folks have complained about less that good customer service from Music Hall, so I'd stay away from them unless you have a very strong and supportive dealer. I have no personal experience with Music Hall so take this statement as second-hand hearsay.
