a newbie in need of help - entry TT advice

My fellow experts, I am lost. It's my first time buying a TT and my budget is rather short. I have EUR400 to spend and here in Berlin, Germany, there is not much good quality vintage TT (or at least nothing I could find). After going back and forth I realized I am stuck and cannot decide between a Pro-Ject Carbon Debut (DC), a Rega Planar 1 2016 or a Music Hall 2.3. Could anyone spare some time and a lot of patient to help this. I beginning from scratch so no speakers or receiver/amp worth mentioning (just some given phillips speakers and a technics 3in1 stereo), but this is next on the list, maybe on Christmas if I behave well.
