Just a couple comments

The error at the outer radius is kind of hard to measure from my screen but if the cartridge alignment is optimum it will only be a little over 2 degrees (about 2.33 degrees for a 9" tonearm although it looks like more than that in your picture) and the error at the inner radius is inconsequential unless you play a lot of 45s since your 66mm null point is at the normal minimum recorded radius on a 33 1/3 LP. Can you measure the error degrees at the outer radius in your drawing and post it? The maximum tracking error will normally occur at the outer radius and the error in your "zone B" will be a little over half that value, but in the opposite direction as you say.
