In fact, I still have a KD 500. I'll sell it to you for $50.
Both table were superior units when new. Concrete/resin base. Forget suspended tables; these did the trick.
They had one big problem: reliablity. All 3 of the ones I've owned began to break down after a few years. Problems: speed stabilty, and motor EMF [creating audible hum as the tonearm moves to the center; affects all cartridges].
As I said, I've got a nice KD-500 for you.
