Yes. It works on the same principle as the dedicated meters just not quite as compact. You can adjust to null or least crosstalk. John Elison has covered this in several of his writings. Just feed the tonearm leads into the oscilloscope.
I have seen some very compact 'scopes on EBay that may prove more convenient to use. If you already have an oscilloscope that is the way to go. However, it is not worth buying one just this one purpose.
