Visually graded can mean plenty of things.
Best is a really nearsighted person studying the surface in full sunlight. Super close inspection with eyeball two inches from vinyls scanning the surfaces like an electron microscope. (this is me)
Then you got the wiffers, who glance at it for a tenth of a second, and declare it near mint.
Actually i think a LOT of the issues some have a location. Where they are buying.
Like places where everyone used those fat "Discwasher" brushes with a bit of liquid on the nap of the fiber. Hell for records is what I call them only a promise to push crap into the grooves forever..
