I'm not an RB303 user, but I know that you can increase the mass of any tonearm simply by adding mass to the headshell. There are actually little headshell weights designed specifically for this purpose. In fact, Soundsmith makes special mounting bolts for the same purpose. Just make sure the weight you choose for the DL-103 is not magnetic or attractable by magnets.
Anyway, you should be able to make your tonearm compatible with the DL-103 simply by adding the required additional mass. Furthermore, Soundsmith can retip your DL-103, too.
