I've been using the arm for a while and I do like it. You're right about it's convenient features, although I don't like the cueing as much as I did at first. The primary issue is that it's really a low mass arm, and only a couple carts I have on hand are good compliance matches. So, the Sumiko suggestion is interesting to me, but if anyone knows of a much better arm to easily drop in, I'd be interested to know.
