Welcome Licorice Pizza (LP) lovers! Setup guides and Vinyl FAQ.

Hmm, haven't a problem with Grado Master/Morch UP-4 w/blue armtube. But I use a non-tech method.

I set up spkr. position using my cdp - which I'm fairly confidant has pretty good channel balance - and both mono and stereo cd's, including my own recordings. When vocals/instruments I know should be centered *are* centered, instruments on my groups' recordings are where I put 'em in the mix, and *all* frequencies are centered in the soundstage on mono cd's I then go on to azimuth on my tt, again using both mono and stereo LP's.

Seems to have worked pretty well with my AT ML170 and Ortofon M20FL Super carts as well as the Grado Master. Gotta say, I love the arm but I do find azimuth adjustment to be a PITA with the UP-4.
