Speaking as a former hand papermaker, the flatest drying technique I can think of involves putting down a piece of corrugated cardboard, then a sheet of blotter paper, then the wet paper, then another blotter and another sheet of cardboard. The cardboard wales must be oriented the same direction. Build up a stack like that and put a piece of plywood on top with some evenly distributed weights. Put a box fan so it blows into the wales of the cardboard at a low setting. Heavyweight paper would dry overnight like that, this would probably take longer, but even if you forget about it for a few days, it should be fine. Note that you should really pop the seams apart for drying and re-glue when it's done.
