The three hex nuts I put under each mounting point are either 10mm or you can similarly use 5/16ths inch ones. I just grabbed mine out of my tool box which has a bunch of nuts and bolts inside. The ones I use also measure about 4mm in height and are nickel plated so they look nice and shiny. The arm mounts seat over the nuts and the Rega supplied wood screws slip through the nut holes.
