Moth Marketing (aka British Audio Online), sell OEM versions of the Rega arms, which they re-brand as 'Moth'. To all intents and purposes, these are identical to the Rega versions.

They also have Rega-trained staff who can rewire the arms. They sell and install the Incognito kits, and will also restore the stock wiring if it's been damaged, I believe.

Otherwise, the two companies are entirely separate. Moth sell a very wide range of equipment, and make some of their own, notably record-cleaning machines. They offer other manufacturer's tonearms too, and in fact I bought an Origin Live Onyx from them earlier this year.
