Those are outstanding prices.
I've had both at one time or another (fitted to a Linn LP12/Ittok), and remember thinking that there isn't much difference; both were extremely enjoyable to me. Whether it is worth another $100 or so...whew, I dunno. Possibly. After all, it's only $100, and measurements don't lie.

With that said, I really couldn't tell much difference. So, I sold the ML/III and kept the ML/II. Great cart(s).
