Recommend TT and Cart for under $700?

I'm looking for a good TT and cart in the price range of $700 or less, I would like to have auto lift at the end of the record if possible, but not needed. I have no experience in this range and have not done any research yet, was hoping you professionals could give me a short list to check out. Thanks in advance.
