There is also Books Do Furnish a Room which is between Bull City Records and Nice Price Books on 1809 W Markham Ave. They have a small selection of used LP's.

As far as restaurants, I have simple tastes (none of these are high brow). I like Elmos on 9th Street, Mad Hatter (great desserts) on 1802 W Main St. There are quite a few restaurants in Bright Leaf Square (where Offbeat Music is located). I like El Rodeo for Mexican and Satisfactions is good.
