As to the "technology"

If you knew anything about quantum mechanics and electrons you would know the the electron is part of the conductive material of the cable, and that quantum of energy is liberated by causing the electron to jump to the conduction orbit and back again. The space a (vacum) between the electrons is very large relativly speaking. so their interaction with the conduction material is a myth.

I also perfer to deal with noise level that you can actually hear, that is below 100db not noinse of less than -150db (which is where the electron noise is, and the "quantum noise" is many orders lower than that).
JNeutron could quote chapter and verse on this, if you ask him nicely, as he deal with this stuff on a daily basis.

So next time please check your facts before accusing me of posting un-informed posts.
