Not too classy, or too believable...

There's no relationship between the two, as I doubt any of those people ever tried Ethan's traps, and even if they had, because someone builds your DIY traps doesn't mean in the slightest that Ethan's aren't as good or better. No relationship between the two.

Your DIY traps are based on the ASC traps. Patents don't necessarily only cover for profit copying.

Cheap shot. Yours are dressed DOWN versions of the ASC. So what.

Another cheap-o. I suspect you too have some profit to be made - you are in the business as well, and seem to have some turf to defend.

Both you and Ethan give of your time freely here, your type of post with it's aggressive competitive tone comes across as grandstanding and self promotion, it doesn't have any benefit to anyone. You should be big enough to accomodate other players and other views to get to the sae place.

By the way, I have several larger ASC traps. They did a bit of good, I recently tried a few Real Traps, although they offer minimal HF absorption, in the bass they eclisped the ASC by a country mile, I'm grateful for them, but do respect the ASC in easier to tame rooms with less severe, but more evenly distributed issues.

You should respect both products and recognize that they can peacefully coexist also, and stop with the cheap stuff.
