Thanks again, that is good news. My listening room may be changing to a point where the speakers may be near the wall, but I would pull them out to listen. I like the cup and saucer together idea, since this is hardwood floor too. I am thinking of a DIY stand with some spikes underneath, this sounds like a made-to-match solution. I too will post whenever I get to this.
