2SK170 is good in that it is low noise, high
Idss and high gm with the cost of high
input cap'. If low input cap' is vital, try
2N5459.I'm not sure on NOS JFETs. I don't know them
very well. Do you? Do tell me some good ones.
For my app', I need high Idss
