the nice thing about RTV (silicon) is that although ithas plenty of holding power, it can easily be removed without damage.A little know fact about Lack is that they come in birch for about $5 a table more. The birch finish also has solid legs which from what I saw recently at Ikea the solid colors do not. The black tables I looked at had hollow legs (FYI)
