Re: Choosing attenuator resistances 10K/100K/250K

I only asked about more head room as I was reading an article where the peron claimed that using a 250K attenuator yielded more head room. I have three recordings that require full attenuation to reach half the level it takes on every other recording. So I figured since I was replacing the pot anyway that I'd see if this was true.

It seems that I need to decide between 10K and 100K. As since my source is ss 10K should work fine.
