Hi,I think you better leave winding such transformers to those who know how to do it. Myself and a number of Professionals (Mr. Sowter and Mr. Billington especially) have worked quite hard to produce a working solution. I'll not pass on the trade secrets from within this development process. And trust me, making such a transformer is not simple. Check the referenced site for a case where this was tried and did not work....

At full output the coupling is about 1:1 and frequency range is indeed into the 80kHz mark, but when the switch is turned down, the hf drops quickly no matter what kind of load I use."
