Rifa Miniprint cap?

I've found that the caps used in my 1981 Rogers LS3/5A are Rifa Miniprint 100V type. Anyone knows what type of cap they are? Electrolytic? They are square with clear plastic container. One can see a photo of them with the link below.
On one of the 4.7uF cap, it says:
Rifa Miniprint 100V PHE280DF747
What is the typical serive lifetime on these caps? I'm speculating most of these are degraded and need replacement after 20 years of usage.
