"Resistance Matching"

I've run into situations where resistance on smaller value fuses is easily measured on even a simple DVM, ranging anywhere from .3 to .7 ohms on same brand 100 mA fuses.

Whether it really makes an audible difference or not, one of the suppliers I deal with is kind enough to match them up when I buy a bunch of them.

Though my purchases are of the $15-$25 variety, and nothing exorbitant, it helps the OCD part of Audiophilia. But dang, if word gets out that charging extra for matching fuses is ok to do... sigh!

On the same topic, even Little Fuse will match fuses within certain tolerances upon request. Though my guess it is for large commercial orders perhaps for hospitals or labs.

Finally, agreed that is a very well written review. Thanks for sharing.
