RE: Blow fuse issue...

Yes, the subwoofer has a current overload and the fuse is doing it's job protecting it. You need to open it up to inspect for overheated/burnt electrical components, swelled electrolytic caps or poor solder connections. No silver bullet to fix it, just good old fashioned troubleshooting.
