New tweeky products(?)

For the curious at heart, but not the pocketbook--in the last few days(for me) there have been some interesting products available.
IFi Audio has Silent Power Cords, the Nova ($169!) and SupraNova ($349) as well as add ons to the power cable, DC Blocker ($129) and Ground Defender ($99) All purported to reduce noise which means increasing silence/black background which should increase sound quality.
And then there's the seemingly insane issue of fuses (and I own synergistic orange!) made by QSA Quantum Science Audio and carried by Tweek Geek. Six levels ($28.50, $71, $213, $710, $1422, $2844) yes, you read that right! And their companion duplex receptacles ($230, $460, $690, $3100) Yes, you read THAT right!
Interestingly Tweek Geek is so enthused with the product, they offer free trade up/returns, so if you want to go to the next level just send it back, as well as offering a 30 day money back guarantee! It would be interesting to order the highest level with the thought of sending it back!
Then of course is Ric Schultz' NPS-1260 3D Enhancer Solution ($349, $599) that you dab on your electrical connections, and from the reviews, this is a "blow your mind" product. The QSA is also a "blow your mind" product.
I don't know, it may be that we (audio industry/consumers) are experiencing new technology largely in the form of graphene applications that still has not yet been perfected! Whatever the reasons, the market will bear out a price to performance ratio which means whatever the cost to make, the sound improvement said product produces compared to even a few years back, will be reflected in it's price. So if it sounds fantastic, it will cost fantastic!
Anyway, cutting edge stuff, not for the faint of pocketbook, but ear candy nonetheless.
