So, we have found the specific adhesive that they use but it is only available on their tape. Double sided tap on both sides of the C-1002 would likely cause a big problem aligning the two boards. It will grip immediately. The 300mp adhesive used on the tape is water based, non solvent based and is vinyl. This is what the Bastik Aero Lock spray is but it seems you can't get it. The 3M 80 spray looks better to me than the 90 as an adhesive for vinyl but it is solvent based and is made of neoprene, not vinyl. I am assuming that a spray would give you enough time to set the boards before it sets. The Bastic Aero Lock seems unique, I could find nothing else the same. If it were me I would not use an adhesive or would use the Bastic because I could get it. DIY ain't always easy or straight forward. Maybe the folks at EAR-3M would have something else to recommend that would stay wet for awhile to get the board in place. ???
So let us stop talkin' falsely now, the hour's getting late --
