RE: monoblock input resistor value

Input resistors don't see much current so a 1/4 watt should be fine (unless I'm missing something). I would consider a very high quality resistor like a Vishay metal foil (S102) or at least a Dale RN55. Surplus Sales of Nebraska has quite a few S102 and S102c resistors at very reasonable prices.
