are both of you mono blocks plugged into the same outlet? you can start by connecting the monoblock chassis together with some wire so the grounds share the sane ground path. If the amps are plugged into different duplexes then they have different ground path lengths (possibility for loops) then lift one of the grounds as previously suggested. see what this does.
