I use black rubber washers from Home Depot or Lowes. They come in various diameters, maybe 12 in a pack, for a couple bucks. I mount my transformers for my projects on washers that are about the size of a nickle, and maybe 3/16" thick. If you can unbolt your transformer, and lift it up, then remount its 4 mounting legs with the washers underneath. Works for me.
