Recommendation for a pocket size oscilloscope

I'm looking for a small portable oscilloscope, off of Amazon, for under $100.

I used to have a Tenma dual channel, but now all I need is a simple one channel. My only need for this is simple signal tracing type work. If it has a wave generator to use as a source that would be a bonus.

Any suggestions?
