RE: Damping chassis internally?

I put dynamat in all kind of products from amps to digital gear and even would put in on the caps. though do be careful as the silver side is conductive. Last one I did was the Apogee Big ben.

Rope caulk is a good option too and I have used 3m on my headphones and some speakers. Its nice but hard to cut.
