Glad to hear that these simple and less costly tweaks have such a positive improvement on audio equipment. I guess this is less discussed compared to other more costly methods of vibration control because, well, it's less costly and not many audio enthusiasts are going past the platform or external chassis methods to dampen components. I know we are getting way into the weeds with this type of tweak, but, why not. If we are already doing tweaks like using cable elevators than we can also evaluate the feasibility of using damping material within a component to achieve maximum performance.
