DIY Linear Power Supply for NUC serving Roon

I did a search for "DIY linear power supply" here, but I didn't notice anything that might help. I'd like a low-cost linear power supply for the NUC (NUC5i3RYK) that acts as the Roon (ROCK) server and streamer (connected directly to the DAC) for the system. I already went with a fanless case, and that was a nice addition, so I'd like to see what a linear power supply might do to the sound.

It is my assumption that a DIY power supply would be the cheapest option. I have a little bit of experience with soldering (Bee Pre and some random mod chips here and there). Are there any good designs out there with noob-friendly instructions? I don't know how to read a circuit diagram.

The specs state 19V, 65W for the wall wart that came with the NUC.

Thanks for any help you might have.

May the bridges we burn light our way....
