Hello Folks!
This is the carver service manual part # for I.C.
(sd/a-490t cd player).
It has NEC Japan printed on it.
Its a 3 pin I.C. attached to a 5/8''wide,5/8''deep,1''tall
4 fin aluminum heatsink.
Schematic indicates AN78M-05F for I.C. also.
Its a '91 player.
Has anyone ever heard or know any data about this antique I.C.?
It seems to related to powering the tube circuit.
It has +12 volts going to it.
I'm Yellow here, so don't stomp me to death!
Replys are appreciated.
THANX!
Mike Stehr.
