Marantz 2215 needs bulbs and vol. pot cleaned. Any advise?

Does any one have advise on where I can purchase new light bulbs for this receiver, and how to clean the volume pot (it crackles and cuts out when moved). I have never done anything like this but am eager to try. I really like this vintage piece and would like to fix these small problems.
