I've played with both of these op amps extensively as well as others.
In fact I've swapped them in and out of a PH-1P but did not do long term listening tests. With the less than 10 hours that I listened to the LM4562 in the PH-1P I couldn't say I prefered one over the other.
I build my own MM/MC pres and have run into some oscillation which needed extra precautions and compensation with the LM4562. I believe this is due to it's wider bandwidth.
I am however running LM4562s in one pre and LM49720s in the other, both are similar circuits with different quality of parts. These two op amps spec out almost exactly the same. There is a difference in sound but I don't directly attribute that to the op amps.
The LM4562 are $3 each at Digi-Key, give 'em a listen.
