I have just upgraded from a pair of Dali MS4 to Wilson Sophia II about a month ago. I have used Enacoms on the Dalis as well as the Avalon Monitors that preceded them. As I have been fiddling with the set-up and running in the Wilsons for the last while, the Enacoms have not been installed till now. I just began trying out the Enacoms again. Initial feeling is the usual Enacom thing, being a bit more "organic" and easy on the ears, but it does seem to slightly shortchange the crazy resolution of the Wilsons (but I guess there is the question of "Who needs crazy resolution?")
Through time, I am sure I will reach some sort of an opinion on them with the Wilsons, but I would like to seek your opinions as to whether it is still sane to use this kind of tweak on a relatively "high end" pair of speakers. Has anyone tried them and liked them on the bigger and nicer systems out there?
