Ah, perhaps I should have checked out the link...I had assumed it was something that devices plug into due to the awful effects the reviewer described.
Given that it is working in parallel, these negative effects that arise simply from putting this on one's AC circuit are a bit scary...what exactly is going on to explain why plugging this device in elsewhere in a home will cause a person's stereo to sound absolutely awful for 1-2 weeks?!?
