Hi.
... IMMEDIATELY upstream of the SS diode. It will be a C1//C2+R across the diode & the B- return ground assuming normal B+ PS format.
At proper value: C1=0.01uF, C2=0.068uF & R=110R (for HV PS), the diode turn-off ringing frequency reduced down to 25% & ringing totally smoothed out with overshoot rounded off nicely.
I've used such simple yet very effective RFI snubbers in all my amps when SS diode rectiifers are used, like fixed bias PS to the power stage.
Of course, we must not neglect the fact RFI noises go into our HiFi via powerlines. So RFI inline filters must be addedn as well.
