All the X- and Y-rated caps I've seen are rated for at least 250 volts AC, and many are rated for 275 VAC or higher. This is to allow them to be used in regions with 220-240 VAC mains. However, there may be some out there that are only rated for 150 VAC.
IME, the Wima metallized paper capacitors give the best sonic performance. You may want to experiment with resistor values.
