Please tell me more about this sandbox idea (email me).

I dynamatted just about every square inch I could of the panels in my new amp case - see pic.

Certainly the panels don't ring much when I rap them with my knuckles but if resting the case on something will improve matters, I think I can get wifey to let me do it!! :-))
